PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Senior Compensation Analyst will provide analysis, design, implementation and administration of the company’s compensation and incentive programs. The Senior Compensation Analyst will report to the Compensation Manager, providing guidance to internal stakeholders on compensation philosophy, programs, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification a plus.
Experience
Six (6+) years of related experience to include interpreting policy and analyzing data or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience with Workday preferred.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is (74,228.00 - 103,920.00 - 133,612.00 USD Annual).
