Expectations for this Role:
The Senior Compensation Analyst is a highly analytical and results-driven role that supports the development, implementation, and administration of enterprise-wide compensation programs. This position is responsible for conducting market pricing, job evaluations, pay equity assessments, and compensation modeling to ensure programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational strategy.
The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and large data sets. Responsibilities include running and interpreting complex compensation reports and supporting the execution of annual merit, incentive, and budgeting cycles. The Senior Analyst partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights that inform compensation decisions and support talent management objectives. CCP preferred.
