Position Summary: 

The Senior Compensation Consultant serves as both a technical expert and strategic advisor in the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs that support St. Luke’s mission, values, and business objectives. This role combines deep analytical expertise with consultative leadership to ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. The Consultant collaborates closely with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights and strategic solutions. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. 

 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 

Experience: Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in compensation analysis or total rewards, with demonstrated experience in market pricing, job evaluation, and compensation program design. 

Licensure: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or progress toward certification preferred.
