Job Summary

Are you a data-driven problem-solver who’s passionate about fair, competitive, and strategic compensation? We’re looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst who will play a key role in shaping how we attract, retain, and reward top talent.

As our Sr. Compensation Analyst, you'll provide critical insights that ensure pay equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with our company’s growth goals. You'll work closely with HR partners, leaders, and finance teams to design and administer compensation programs that support our people and business strategies.

If you love transforming data into strategy, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and care deeply about building transparent and equitable reward systems—this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze market data and compensation trends to assess the competitiveness of our pay structures.
  • Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking to ensure internal and external equity for both new and existing roles.
  • Support the annual compensation review cycle—including merit increases, promotions, and incentive programs.
  • Prepare and review compensation recommendations for new hires, transfers, and internal adjustments.
  • Maintain and refine salary structures, job leveling frameworks, and compensation tools.
  • Partner with People Team members and business leaders to provide clear, consistent guidance on compensation-related matters.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights on pay trends, turnover, and budget impact to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all compensation-related laws and regulations, including FLSA and pay equity requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and communications to create and deliver materials that help employees understand their total rewards.
  • Partner with payroll and finance to ensure accurate and timely implementation of compensation changes.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis or administration; related experience in payroll or benefits is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with compensation platforms and HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, PayScale).
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to present data to diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for building fair, competitive, and transparent compensation programs.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
