Compensation Analyst

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Preferred:
  • WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with HRIS, Alteryx, and compensation software.
  • In-depth understanding of compensation laws and regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience with Job Architecture design and HCM implementation.

About This Role

Our Sr Compensation Analyst role is pivotal in supporting the development, implementation, and administration of robust compensation programs. This position will involve conducting market research, creating comprehensive reports, and ensuring our compensation practices align with industry standards and legal requirements. We're seeking detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical prowess to help us maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analyze compensation survey data to ensure competitive salary and benefits offerings.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve job evaluation and grading systems.
  • Prepare and present detailed compensation reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Partner with HR and management to determine equitable and competitive pay.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal compensation laws and regulations.
  • Oversee and support compensation review processes, including salary increases and bonus allocations.
  • Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation matters.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of compensation databases.
  • Lead and support special projects as needed.
