As our Total Rewards Analyst, you will work together with our local, regional and country-level HR Business Partner and People Operations team on implementing, stabilizing and solidifying the compensation and benefits offering for IDEXX around the world. This will be in close collaboration with the US-based Total Rewards Resources as we continue to further implement the strategic HR Model globally.
The work consists of applying global principles and strategies locally, along with the more operational needs of analyzing, implementing and partnering on change management. Effective stakeholder education and alignment are important elements to success in this role. Global Total Rewards, business needs and local market conditions will be critical inputs to consider. IDEXX is a complex organization that operates in a fast-paced environment, with a history of success and rapid growth. We are now ensuring the foundation exists to sustain this growth.
Based in Hoofddorp, you will work in a matrixed HR organization, alongside the local HR Teams and will be in contact with HR partners across the globe as an extended member of the Global Total Rewards Organization. The position will report into the Manager Total Rewards, International.
