What You'll Do:
As the Total Rewards Analyst you will support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. This role will analyze data, benchmark practices, and ensure total rewards strategies align with Ministry Brands’ mission, values, and business goals. This role also drives employee-facing communication strategies to enhance awareness, understanding, and engagement with our benefits and broader total rewards initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Benefits Management
Design, implement, and administer US and global benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, statutory leave, and wellness programs.
Evaluate and optimize benefit offerings based on cost, utilization, and employee feedback.
Partner with external consultants to ensure local competitiveness and compliance.
Monitor legislative changes and ensure global compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Manage Workers’ Compensation programs across the organization.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with U.S. and Ireland regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, PRSI, Pensions Act, etc.).
Oversee annual filings and reporting (Form 5500, PCORI, 1095-C, PRSA, Revenue compliance).
Maintain fiduciary responsibility for retirement plan management and oversight.
Coordinate audits and maintain documentation for all benefit plans.
Vendor & Financial Management
Manage relationships with global and regional vendors, brokers, and consultants.
Lead RFPs, contract negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews.
Develop and manage budgets for global benefits programs.
Employee Communication & Engagement
Develop and execute global communication strategies for benefits and total rewards.
Create engaging materials across channels (intranet, email, webinars, guides, videos).
Lead communication efforts for open enrollment, wellness campaigns, and new initiatives.
Collect feedback through surveys and focus groups to refine programs and messaging.
Leadership & Collaboration
Act as a strategic advisor to HR leadership and business leaders.
Collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and Compliance for seamless delivery.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
Compensation
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to support compensation and benefits strategies.
Assist in the development and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluations.
Support annual compensation cycles including merit increases, bonus programs, and equity reviews.
Analyze benefits utilization and trends to recommend enhancements or cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure accurate data and reporting.
Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor total rewards effectiveness and compliance.
Participate in total rewards-related projects, including wellness initiatives and employee recognition programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation and benefits regulations.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field
4+ years of experience in global benefits management and employee communications
In-depth knowledge of international benefits practices and compliance.
Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and budget planning skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills across cultures and levels.
High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
Experience with global HRIS and benefits administration preferred.
Experience supporting M&A and global expansion initiatives preferred.
