Description

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Total Rewards DirectorΒ for one of our partners, a global leader in the Retail field.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy tailored to the company's demands.
  • Oversee the design of variable pay and incentive programs for different functions.
  • Lead company-wide job evaluation and job mapping initiatives to create a standardized framework for roles across the organization.
  • Establish consistent job families and levels, and ensure roles are accurately benchmarked to external and internal standards.
  • Manage participation in and analysis of industry-specific compensation and benefits surveys.
  • Use survey data to assess market competitiveness and identify pay gaps across different functions.
  • Develop and maintain salary structures for all job levels, ensuring alignment with business goals and local market conditions.
  • Regularly review and update salary structures in response to market trends, minimum wage changes, and internal equity reviews.
  • Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of health and welfare plans, retirement savings programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Oversee open enrollment processes, vendor selection, and ongoing benefits administration.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
  • Professional certifications in Compensation is strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and total rewards, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Prior experience in a retail or consumer-facing environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in compensation benchmarking, survey interpretation, and salary structure design.
  • Excellent data analysis, communication, and leadership skills.
