Title: Total Rewards Manager - Europe

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

 Position Summary 

This individual will be a member of the Global Total Rewards team, responsible for the deployment of global, regional, and country-level compensation and benefits programs. 

Responsible for managing and overseeing the programs across the Europe region, this role ensures that all compensation and benefits practices are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. 

The position requires a proactive and analytical individual who can ensure compliance with local regulations, manage vendor relationships, and effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regional labor laws, excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment. 

Key Areas of Responsibility: 

Compensation: 

  • Assist in implementing global compensation strategies across the Europe region. 
  • Support the administration of incentive programs. 
  • Manage regionally our merit cycle. 
  • Support the stakeholders in Off-cycles, retentions and proposals.  

Benefits Administration: 

  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. 
  • Manage the relationship with Brokers and Suppliers 
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in each country. 
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best plans and rates for employee benefits. 
  • Oversee the process of payments (Issue Purchasing Orders, invoices administration). 

Data Analysis and Reporting: 

  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. 
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management. 
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all compensation and benefits activities. 

Employee Communication: 

  • Develop and deliver communication materials to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs. 
  • Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on compensation and benefits-related matters. 
  • Conduct training sessions for HR teams and managers on compensation and benefits policies. 

Compliance and Governance: 

  • Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and regulations. 
  • Monitor changes in legislation and update policies and procedures accordingly. 
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement 
  • Be the guardian of the corporate guidelines and ensure data integrity.  

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 
  • 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits role. 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations. 
  • Proficiency in English. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience working in a multinational company. 
  • Proficiency in HRIS Systems (e.g. Workday) 
  • Strong project management skills and a hands-on profile. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
