Illumio is seeking a Compensation Partner through our BPO (KMC) partner to support and execute a wide range of global compensation programs. This role will work closely with Illumio’s Compensation team and serve as the primary point of contact for all compensation-related matters for KMC workers, while also contributing to broader company compensation initiatives.

- Support the design, execution, and administration of compensation programs, including:
- Annual and mid-year compensation cycles
- Market and benchmark reviews
- Pay equity analyses
- Bonus payout programs
- Equity refresh processes
- Job Architecture review and maintenance
- Reviewing requisitions and offers in Workday and Ashby (ATS)
- Job profile and compensation grade profile creation in Workday
- Act as the primary compensation partner for the KMC workforce, managing compensation planning, changes, and inquiries.
- Partner with Illumio Compensation, HR, and KMC stakeholders to ensure compensation practices are aligned with company guidelines and philosophy.
- Participate in and complete compensation surveys.
- Analyze market data to support job pricing and compensation recommendations.
- Assist with job evaluations, leveling, and compensation support for new roles, teams, and geographic expansions.
- Create, update, and maintain compensation-related documentation and content on Illumio’s internal compensation intranet.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and ad hoc data requests to support compensation decision-making.
- Ensure accurate handling of confidential compensation and employee data.
- Support additional compensation and Total Rewards initiatives as needed to meet evolving business needs.
- 3–5 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or a related HR function.
- Solid understanding of compensation fundamentals, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and pay equity.
- Experience supporting compensation cycles and market reviews.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., lookups, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience participating in compensation surveys (Radford and Comptryx experience preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Experience supporting global or multi-country compensation programs.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS tools is preferred.
- Experience working in a consulting or BPO environment.
