- Lead & Inspire – Take charge of our Group HR Team People Advisory Services and provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits.
- Shape Our Total Rewards Strategy – Design and implement compelling and equitable compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Drive Execution & Communication – Provide strategic direction and oversee the implementation, administration, and communication of our compensation programs.
- Evaluate & Optimize – Continuously assess the effectiveness of our rewards programs and advisory services to ensure alignment with our business, performance, and talent strategies.
- Ensure Compliance – Keep our compensation and benefits programs fully compliant with relevant regulations.
- Foster Collaboration – Partner closely with key stakeholders across teams to ensure Total Rewards initiatives are fully integrated and aligned with company goals.
- Executive Support – Assist the CHRO with high-level reports and executive presentations.
- Enhance Data & Strategy – Work closely with the Workday team to ensure data accuracy and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop tailored compensation strategies for key talent segments.
- Proven Expertise – 8+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, including designing job architectures, compensation structures, and benefits.
- Transformational Leadership – Strong leadership experience in managing transformation processes and stakeholder relationships to drive Total Rewards strategy.
- Strategic Execution – Ability to successfully execute strategies at both Group and Divisional levels.
- Strong Prioritization & Agility – Skilled in managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines effectively.
- Business Acumen – Deep understanding of how business strategy influences Total Rewards and the ability to make strategic decisions with long-term impact.
- Tech & Talent Integration – Experience in working with HR systems like Workday and collaborating with Talent Acquisition to design competitive compensation strategies for key talent segments.
